West Main Arts Festival Sponsorship packages for 2024

September 14, 2023. Noon-8:00pm Do you like supporting the local arts and music scene? Then you or your business should consider becoming a Sponsor of the 7th annual West Main Arts Festival. You can brand your business/non-profit among influencers, music/art lovers and civic minded residents. Our sponsors position themselves as an “owner” this very, very cool event—from beginning to end—and get a lot of perks. Most importantly, you can engage with an active Arlington and Metroplex audience. These are brand-loyal people who shop local and post about their experiences across social media. The event is held on West Main in the “Cultural District” between the Arlington Public Library and Theater Arlington. West Main also includes Create Arlington Studios and Gallery, Catalyst Creative and the Dance Theater Arlington.

  Paintbrush Sponsor $100.00 - Individual or business name listed/linked as sponsor on website, email blasts and on social media

  Frame Sponsor $250.00 - 4 sponsor posts leading up to the event on Create Arlington social media. Business logo will be linked to your website/social media on our Create Arlington website and in 2 email blast. 2 passes to VIP area.

Canvas Sponsor $500.00 - 10 available. 10’x10’ vendor booth at event, 4 sponsor posts leading up to the event on Create Arlington social media channels. Business logo banner in 2 e-newsletter blasts prior to event. Business listing on banners at event and on art card/poster. 6 passes to the VIP area.

$1,000 Studio Sponsor - All of the above plus 3 additional social media posts, logo on top level sponsor banner at event, logo on festival map handout (2000 copies).

$2,500 Stage Sponsor – 4 available. (3 remaining) All of the above and 5 additional social media posts. Branded Stage Banner· Logo on art card mailer and poster. Mentions during the day from all 4 stages. 10 passes to VIP area

$5,000 Presenting Sponsor – 1 available. All of the above benefits and a complete customized marketing package based on sponsor requirements. 14 passes to the VIP area.

Sponsorship for the WMAF 2024 supports community development through the arts. Additionally, your sponsorship supports stages, sound systems,, tables, chairs, marketing, printing and event fees.
