    This is your opportunity to showcase your original art to a wide and enthusiastic audience.

    Who Should Apply: $125 Booth Fee

    We’re looking for artists who create unique, one-of-a-kind works, including:

    Large paintings & mixed media

    Sculpture

    Pottery & ceramics

    Installations

    Artist Application Requirements

    To participate, artists must:

    ✅ Complete the artist application

    ✅ Pay the application fee ($25)

    ✅ Receive approval from event organizers by October 10, 2025(Pay the final $100)

    Arrival and setup details will be sent to approved artists on September 25, 2025.

    Booth & Event Details

    Booth Space: 10' x 10' (artist must provide tent, chairs, tables, and weights/stakes for safety)

    Duration: All artists must remain set up for the full event (Saturday, Oct 18 | 3–9 PM)

    Electricity/Water: Not provided (silent generators allowed if needed)

    Trash: Artists are responsible for cleaning their space; waste must be disposed of properly

    Weather Policy: Rain or shine event – no refunds or transfers unless canceled by the City of Grand Prairie

    Vendor Fees

    Booths are considered and confirmed only if the application fee of $25 is paid

    Access to event grounds and pre-event communications will not be granted without payment.

    Legal & Final Notes

    By submitting your application, you:

    Waive and release the City of Grand Prairie and affiliated sponsors from liability

    Authorize use of photos/video of you and your booth for event marketing (web, social media, print)

    Understand booth locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances

    Acknowledge that only payment of invoice secures your space
